Now that was a fun weekend. For swimmers at North York Aquatic Club and the Toronto Swim Club, we were pleased to provide you with some excellent videos, of which you will enjoy to watch the fun, share with your family and friends, and most importantly, share with your home coach to review the splits, technique and racing strategies.
We also took over 75 videos for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues. We filmed every single swimmer in every single race. What a great chance to review technique and the areas of technical improvement!
