Well, this is great news for Huronia Swimming. I have been selected to provide a series of Video Stroke Clinics in the Huronia Region leading up to the Long Course Regionals in Sudbury, May 31 to June 2. I will be visiting Bracebridge, Owen Sound, Bracebridge, Orangeville and Trent.
I will be providing some unique skill & drill sets, under/above water video and classroom theory and video review. Home coaches will be providing support at their specific video station.
Each clinic will have about 18-22 swimmers, split into three groups. Each session will be 2 - 3 hours in length
All videos will in turn be posted on their own web page on my web site.
Once we hit the Long Course Regionals, we will do some Race Filming at the meet and see how the technique has come along for the swimmers.
