Private Swimming Coaching

Updated: May 7

Hello there… This is Diane, Jim’s wife, and I just wanted to let you know that due to a series of strokes last Sunday, April 30, Jim will not be able to do any private coaching for the foreseeable future. He is paralyzed on his left side and has a long and arduous journey of rehabilitation ahead. We appreciate all the support that you have given us over the years and in the past year, but please understand that we are overwhelmed at this time and will not be able to answer all of your emails and inquiries. There is a Gofundme account on Diane Lego and Jim Snow Facebook pages which has been set up to help with medical expenses. Thank you all for your support.

Diane and Jim.

Hi there…. Our Private Coaching sessions have been going great….we had 11 last weekend and this weekend, we have a further 6! The bad news is that meets are up and running, but the good news is that some TPASC clubs are cancelling pool time to attend these meets. Our sessions continue to be inconsistent based on what is avaiable, but please keep in touch on opportunities!

Our fee structure is HERE.

We are pleased to report that we have returned to TPASC to provide our Private Coaching. Our summer program at our home outdoor pool has come to a successful end, and we were fortunate to have a great group of competitive and learn-to-swim swimmers too!

We do understand, however that the time slot availability at TPASC is rather limited, but upon your request, we will do our best to find pool time. Notably, we will have the most success at pool time availabilty on weekends.

Over the couple of years, it has been a privilege to provide Private Coaching to at least 75 swimmers at TPASC. Each swimmer and each session was a pleasure and it was great to see such passion and willingness to learn and improve stroke techniques. These sessions one of of the favourite things I do!

Effective immediately, I warmly welcome all enquiries from any swim club for private coaching sessions. We provide coaching and underwater video sessions.

We are also pleased to announce that Diane will be also be available to provide Private Coaching. Diane has been coaching since 1978 and is an excellent interpretive stroke coach, particulary for the younger swimmers. Diane and I will review the videos at our home office and determine the best strategy for swimmers stroke improvement.

SAI will continue to provide Race Filming at meets for coaches and parents. Along with my parter, Swim Coach Diane Lego, we will be expanding our staff to continue to provide this very popular service.
