This should be a fun weekend for sure. On Saturday we are heading to the University ofToronto where we will be providing Race Filming for Byron and Linda, UofT is competing against Queens, Laurier and York.
On Sunday, we have 4 back-to-back Private coaching sessions at Toronto PanAm Sports Centre with age groupers and Masters swimmers. Each session contains stroke analysis and correction, video review above and below the water, and in post-production swimmers and home coaches can review the video results and continue to work on stroke improvement.
